Plant-Based Chick'n Salad: 3 Recipes

 

 

The possibilities are endless! Mix it up this week by trying one of of these three Chick'n Salad recipes using our Plant-Based Chick'n Mix

 

BBQ CHICK’N SALAD 

Ingredients Needed:

  • 2 cups of JADA's Plant Based Chick’n Mix
  • ½ cup vegan mayo
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • ½ teaspoon BBQ Chicken Salt (or Red Pepper for a little spice)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Plant-Based Chick’n Mix according to package instructions
  2. 1 cup water, 1 tbsp oil, and mix together!
  3. Take 2 cups of mix — Keep it shredded
  4. Cook on medium heat until golden brown
  5. Season generously with BBQ flavored Chicken Salt
  6. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl & enjoy!

PESTO CHICK’N SALAD

Ingredients Needed:

  • 2 cups JADA Plant-Based Chick’n Mix
  • ½ cup vegan mayo
  • ½ cup pesto (see recipe below)
  • ¼ cup purple onion
  • ⅓ cup grape tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Chick’n Mix as instructed on package
  2. Keep shredded when cooking & season with Original Chicken Salt
  3. Combine all ingredients together and enjoy with bread or crackers!

CLASSIC CHICK’N SALAD

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 Cup Cooked Chick’n Mix - Seasoned with Original Chicken Salt
  • ⅓ Cup Vegan Mayo
  • ¼ Cup Purple Onion - Diced
  • ½ Cup Celery - Diced
  • ½ Teaspoon Original Chicken Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Dill 

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Chick’n Mix as instructed on package
  2. Throw some shredded Chick’n Mix in a pan with some oil 
  3. Cook for about 5-10 minutes on medium heat
  4. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and serve as a sandwich or enjoy as a dip for crackers and veggies!
